REMINDERS

* FILTERS:

        * Change HVAC filters at least quarterly

        * Clean dryer filters after each load to reduce fire danger

* LEAKS: Water leak detectors are relatively inexpensive and strongly encouraged

        * Place by water heaters, clothes and dish washers, under sinks and by tub/showers

* RECYCLING: Extra charges have been incurred recently and the recycling has not been picked up

        * Only clean recycling (no trash) in the bins

        * No plastic bags in recycling
